Pay Rate : $65–$72/hour

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Trainer . This role is ideal for someone with extensive field experience who is passionate about mentoring and coaching Millwrights to enhance their technical skills. The ideal candidate may be nearing retirement and looking to share their expertise but is open to anyone with 10–15+ years of hands-on experience in rotating equipment maintenance and repair.

As a trainer, you will work closely with Millwrights in the field, providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and helping develop and document best practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentoring & Coaching : Work directly with Millwrights in the field to develop their technical skills and expertise in rotating equipment maintenance and repair.
• Technical Support : Share practical insights, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance strategies for rotating equipment.
• Procedure Development : Assist in writing and refining procedures for rotating equipment maintenance, repair, and operation.
• Field Work : Participate in hands-on activities with Millwrights to demonstrate and oversee best practices.
• Safety & Compliance : Ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of 10–15 years of hands-on experience with rotating equipment in the Oil & Gas or related industries.
• Technical Expertise : Proficiency with various types of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes.
• Mentorship Skills : Proven ability to mentor and coach less experienced technicians.
• Documentation Skills : Experience in developing and documenting technical procedures.
