The ideal candidate will manage plantiff representation on complex commercial litigation cases and have a minimum of 3+ years' experience within public interest law and is customer focused, empathic and driven.

Responsibilities

• Experienced with complex commercial litigation, large-scale discovery, provide legal advice, depos, mediations, arbitrations, trials, hearings, etc.
• Must has a Tennessee bar license
• Essentially this person will take lead and defend depos, argue motions, draft legal documents, etc.
• Hybrid, in office 3 days a week

• Base Salary is based on experience and negotiable, plus discretionary bonus
