Job Description:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including configuration, integration, and support.
• Configure and implement Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and GTM Cloud solutions based on client requirements.
• Customize OTM and GTM workflows, integration points, and reporting functionalities.
• Set up data integration with other enterprise systems such as ERP (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP) and external carriers or trade partners.
• Design scalable and flexible solutions for transportation and global trade management processes using OTM and GTM Cloud.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on OTM and GTM Cloud functionality and best practices.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Support clients in optimizing their supply chain, logistics, and trade compliance processes.
• Monitor and analyze client operations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Recommend new features or improvements to enhance the performance of OTM and GTM solutions.
