Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and provide recurring virtual and in-person training opportunities to Care Coordination staff, including the FHW call centre staff, CHANT care coordinators, and women’s health navigators, on maternal mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide centralized support and technical assistance to Care Coordination staff.
• Assist in troubleshooting and navigation of community-based resources.
• Coordinate with Find Help Now on necessary updates to the provider database.
• Promote MMHSUD resources available through and community partners at local, regional, and statewide meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in social work
• Experience equivalent to 1 year or more of full-time professional psychiatric social work responsibilities
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects,
preferably in public health settings
• Demonstrated leadership and/or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Understanding of maternal mental health and substance use disorder as it relates to maternal mortality and morbidity, relevant laws, prevention strategies, and best practices are a plus.
