The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues). This new Director of Operations position in the Cranbury/Monroe Twp area. This role requires a candidate who has 3PL knowledge, has dealt with the retail industry and has experience with the following:
- Directing a warehouse and understanding inventory
- Worked with retail/apparel industry*
- Ensure ISO compliance and implementing KPIs
- Manage P&L
- Interpret financial reports and handle accounting basics
- Inbound and outbound shipments
