Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Partner role at DeHay & Elliston LLP in Los Angeles, CA. Partners will lead and manage litigation cases, provide legal counsel, strategize case approaches, represent clients in court, and oversee legal teams. Partners are expected to maintain client relationships, mentor junior attorneys, and uphold the firm's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Case Management, and Legal Counsel skills
• Asbestos specilty
• Litigation Strategy and Court Representation experience
• Client Relationship Management and Team Mentoring skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Relevant law degree (JD) and active Bar license in California
• Experience in medical malpractice or personal injury law is a plus
