Located in our beautiful Woodridge, IL facility and reporting to the Shop Manager. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Collaborate and communicate with logistics team, project managers, and field employees.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of shipping and receiving.
• Keeping accurate records of inbound/outbound shipments.
• Staging equipment for daily shipments.
• Packaging, print labels, and determine proper freight carriers.
• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries.
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Operates forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication (both verbal and written), strong organizational skills and computer knowledge in Excel and outlook a must.
