Job Description

As the US General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our U.S. business,

overseeing critical areas including commercial strategy, market access, compliance,

finance, and IT. With existing partnerships such as Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and

Medicare reimbursement, your role will focus on expanding our network by securing

additional insurer plans and fostering strategic partnerships to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Drive Market Access: Lead initiatives for insurer and payor enrollment, negotiating with commercial plans to broaden market presence.
  • Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strategic alliances to drive growth and innovation.
  • Manage U.S. Lab Operations: Oversee all aspects of lab operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality.
  • Business Strategy & Management: Develop and implement growth strategies, collaborating closely with the CEO and COO to achieve operational and strategic goals.
  • Lead Compliance Efforts: Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards, positioning the company for sustainable growth in a regulated environment.
  • Privacy Governance: Uphold high standards of data security and privacy(not limited to patients), ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee IT & Service Delivery: Manage IT infrastructure and customer support,
  • delivering seamless service across all platforms.

  • Over 10 years of senior leadership experience in healthcare technology, with a track record of inspiring and managing diverse teams.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Adaptable professional, skilled at navigating rapidly evolving technological and regulatory landscapes.
  • Growth-Oriented: Strong commercial sales mindset, with the ability to lead and motivate sales teams to drive company growth.
  • Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, CLIA, and FDA regulations.
  • Strategic Leadership: Strong in budget management, reimbursement models, and building stakeholder relationships.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional collaboration.
  • Tech-Savvy & Privacy Advocate: Proficient in IT systems oversight, ensuring seamless operations and secure service delivery; proven track record of safeguarding sensitive health information.
  • Market Access Experience: Skilled in insurer/payor enrollment and negotiating commercial healthcare plans.
