Job Description:

Experience:

• 13+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Healthcare industry.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop user-friendly interfaces
• Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, SQL).
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience in Healthcare Background

Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Knowledge of software development life cycles and systems integration.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
