Job Description

9 Months + Extensions or conversion to FTE

Redmond, WA – onsite


Shift: Must be able to work Sun - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday (4x10 hour shifts)


Must Haves:

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience

- Relevant high traceability manufacturing experience (Aerospace, Medical or related field)

- Hands-on work experience Electrical-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration and/or Harness Integration experience

- Experience in a fast-paced production environment

- Hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters), as well as standard hand tools


Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

- Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) and/or Avionics certification/license

- ASE certification and/or equivalent experience

- CFOT certification and/or equivalent experience

- Ability reading, interpreting and working from engineering documentation and/ or drawings

- Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment

- Prior military service a plus

Key job responsibilities:

- Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations

- Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber-optics, and PCBAs

- Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated

- Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems

- Identify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory

- You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables

- Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance

- Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)

- Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety procedures
