Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in scaling up production trials and supporting product commercialization.
* Support thermal process reviews and ensure adherence to safety standards.
* Collaborate on product redesigns to improve quality and efficiency.
* Troubleshoot production issues and update formulations as needed.
* Work with engineering teams to implement new equipment and processes.
* Support quality control and provide data analysis for internal/customer requests.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
* Preferred 2+ years in food product development or manufacturing.
* Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
* Ability to collaborate and adapt to changing project priorities.
* Must be comfortable tasting various food products, including those with allergens.
