Job Title: Food and Beverage Specialist / Scientist

Job Summary:

Edlong seeks a Scientist - Applications (North America) to accelerate customer projects by delivering innovative food and beverage solutions. Working in the Applications Laboratory, you’ll use your expertise to determine flavor combinations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support commercialization efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Science, or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in the flavor or food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food ingredients, flavors, and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify food and beverage formulas to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D on customer solutions.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and create product demonstrations.
• Maintain lab safety and documentation standards.
