Corporate Associate - New York

Our client is a top firm, seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience for its Corporate Practice Group in New York. The salary range for this position is between $200k to $240k, and may vary depending upon experience and other factors.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of corporate law experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating key and ancillary documents for M&A, financing, joint venture, technology collaborations/licensing and other corporate and commercial transactions.
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a collegial team environment.
• Strong academic credentials.
• New York bar is required; New Jersey bar is a plus.
