Job Title: Clinical Contracts and Budgets Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Site Agreements and Budget team. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, review, and management of site agreements and budgets, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, negotiate, analyze, escalate, and finalize site agreements and budgets.
• Speed up negotiations by adhering to budget parameters.
• Collaborate with legal stakeholders to negotiate contracts.
• Maintain regular communication and escalate issues to expedite the planning, execution, issue resolution, and management of Site/Investigator agreements.
• Understand Site Activation requirements and manage contracting turnaround times to support study site authorization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of industry experience in managing clinical site contracts and budgets.

• Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to prevent and resolve issues.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated by being proactive, customer-focused, and an independent critical thinker.
