Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Valley Forge, PA/ Wayne, PA
Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension
Role Overview:
Schedules jurisdictional inspections in PeopleSoft CRM via outbound phone calls via 8x8 phone software, including dialing in 8x8 call campaigns. Proficient in all 8x8 call campaigns and possesses strong knowledge of jurisdictional scheduling requirements. Assists with scheduling projects as required.
