Position: Field Action Coordinator / Project Specialist I

Location: Arden Hills, MN

PR: Max $23/hr

Length: 12 Months

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree in any field.

-Strong Communication and attention to detail skills

-Ability to follow up and execute on tasks.

-Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

• Years of experience in Medical Device industry
• Years of experience in Customer Service industry
• History of writing professional emails.

Day To Day:

As a Field Action Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the field action team leads in managing the field action process which includes recalls/removals, safety alerts, customer notifications, and field corrections. This involves, following up with customers via email and phone calls, executing broad mailings for US-based actions, Issue Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs) for field action products, and supporting project teams. We can pay between $20-23.23/hr per hour.
