Who We Need


This role is full time on site .


In this role, you will review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies. You will serve as a primary liaison between the Applications team and the business application users. You will support existing systems, analyze business processes, define new software initiatives supporting process improvement, and configure and/or guide development of new solutions to affect process change.


Responsibilities are global – encompassing all Penn Color US, Europe, Asia plants.


Your education, skills and experience will include:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or significant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2-5 years of concentration in a business systems analyst role, Manufacturing environment preferred.
  • At least 2 years’ experience implementing and supporting ERP, WMS, Salesforce CRM and supporting applications.
  • Proficiency in system analysis techniques, such as requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with internal customers required.


What You Can Do For Us


  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing manufacturing business systems, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design robust, scalable solutions.
  • Support global business process improvement by configuring, testing, and implementing improvements to Oracle’s E-Business Suite ERP, Salesforce CRM, and supporting applications.
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions that align with business objectives. Assess the feasibility, cost, and impact of proposed solutions, considering factors such as scalability, security, and usability.
  • Lead or participate in the implementation of new systems or system enhancements. Work closely with development teams to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and integration of solutions.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability. Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with developers to resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including system requirements, design specifications, user manuals, and training materials. Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems. Act as a subject matter expert and assist with troubleshooting and resolving user queries or issues.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in system analysis and design. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Work with DBA and project team on software patch and release planning.
  • Other duties as assigned.
