Job Title: Data Solutions Architect

Location: Dallas, Texas

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Hands-on Data Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that meet business objectives while ensuring data accuracy, availability, and security. You will work closely with stakeholders to build data models, develop ETL processes, and optimize data flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design and develop comprehensive data architecture solutions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement ETL processes, reports, and queries in support of business analytics.
• Ensure the proper integration of new and existing data systems.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Provide guidance and expertise on data storage, data extraction, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data architecture.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and data governance.
• Experience with data technologies such as Snowflake, SnapLogic, Postgres, Go, and AWS.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SDLC, source code control, unit testing, release process, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on attitude towards learning new technologies and exploring current trends.
