Responsibilities:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York bar and in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience practicing family law, with a focus on complex cases including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements.
• Extensive courtroom experience, including successfully leading trials and settlement negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and legal principles.
