The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in real estate and construction law, with demonstrated expertise in handling complex transactions and disputes. High-level writing skills are essential, as this role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating critical legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on real estate and construction matters, including transactions, contracts, compliance, and disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as purchase and sale contracts, leases, construction agreements, and related documents.
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, or mediation related to real estate and construction disputes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed memoranda and opinions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate and construction law.
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
