Pay: $20/hr initially
Location : Onsite in New Port Richey, FL from 630am-300pm
Duration : 6 months contract to start
Will need basic computer skills with some Microsoft Office knowledge. Able to lift 50 lbs. Good communication and problem solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- The associate will provide administrative support to the Company's Diagnostic Coordination Center.
- The associate will have responsibilities for a specific departmental process/system which entails following standard work guidelines while performing specific job-related tasks (e.g., creation of work orders, scheduling, and customer service)
- The associate will follow company policy and procedures to ensure quality metrics are met, comply with specific deadlines, and follow through with all assignments
- The associate will perform other duties as assigned by leadership team
Minimum Skills needed:
- Proficient with Microsoft applications and various software packages including but not limited to Excel and Outlook
- Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Communicates in a timely, proactive manner
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Must be organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, attentive to deadlines and a team player
- Ability to prepare concise and accurate reports
- Ability to precisely follow instructions
- Aptitude for learning new programs and processes
- Knowledge of Salesforce software and administrative experience is a plus
