CornerStone Professional Placement is partnering with a reputable client in Fort Worth, TX, to find a skilled Maintenance Supervisor . This hands-on role involves overseeing the maintenance and repair of facility and distribution equipment, ensuring minimal downtime, and adhering to OSHA safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience with case sealers, small electrical and forklift repairs, and a proactive approach to solving equipment issues. Qualifications for the Maintenance Supervisor:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a distribution environment or related operations
• Experience with water-activated case sealers, small electrical repairs, and forklift maintenance
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, powered conveyors, case erectors and sealers, pick-to-light systems, HVAC, PLCs, and pneumatics
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to implement solutions
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and maintenance protocols
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising a team
• Ability to maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Proficiency with MS Office, WCS (warehouse control software), WMS (warehouse management systems), and related equipment
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled facility

Compensation for the Maintenance Supervisor:

• Type: Direct hire
• Location: Fort Worth, TX (100% onsite)
• Salary: $70,000 - $75,000/year (Based on experience)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
