Overview

TalentoHC has partnered with a leading multinational HVAC, refrigeration, and fire and security equipment corporation seeking a Repair Technician - 1st Shift who will play a critical role in the troubleshooting and repair of equipment on the manufacturing floor.

**This is a Onsite position working 9am to 5pm EST working hours.**

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Equipment Improvement: Identify opportunities for equipment enhancement and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and support to skilled tradespeople on complex equipment issues, facilitating efficient troubleshooting and repair.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• 2+ years of experience repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing various equipment and machinery
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Vocational training or technical certifications in relevant fields
• Experience with specific equipment or machinery (e.g., HVAC, automotive, industrial)
