Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician at Kaleidoscope Professional Services in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves implementing behavioral interventions, conducting behavior analysis, and applying applied behavior analysis techniques to support children and families. Day-to-day tasks include communication with clients, collaborating with psychologists, and providing behavioral support.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Behavioral Intervention skills
• Strong communication skills
• Background in Psychology
• Experience working with children with behavioral disorders is preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Certification as a Behavior Technician or similar credentials is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field
