Job Title: HR Specialist / General Services
Reports To: Director of HR
Seniority Level: 60K -70K / Annual
Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains personnel records
- Provides support in filing documentation and tracking paperwork
- Completes new hire orientation and termination with staff
- Compensation and benefits recordkeeping support
- Explains company policies and rules to staff and applicants
- Handling daily administrative tasks
- Support the HR Department with special projects and other assignments as needed
- Administrative and operational support tasks, including mail delivery, event planning and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Proven ability to function independently and multi-task
Microsoft office
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
Must have the ability to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment
Possess high energy and initiatives
- Bilingual (Chinese or Vietnamese and English) Preferred
Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree in Business and Management related area is required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
