A local manufacturer of pharmaceuticals is looking for a Customer Service/Support Manager to lead a small and growing team of CSR's.
This person will report to the GM and will be working with large mass/drug retailers and brands to ensure their inquires and are handled properly and product is received as expected.
They are seeking someone that has 7+ years (3+ as a manager) of customer service experience dealing with major retailers - preferably within Pharma, Nutra, Health/Wellness, OTC, etc.
This person will work on-site in the Levittown, NY area.
Salary could be 85-120k or more depending on experience. Bonus and full benefits available.
