Insight Global is looking for a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to join a great work environment and team with one of our largest Hospice and Home Health clients across the US.

The Hospice RN Case Manager will take on full nursing responsibility for the execution of the care plan for each hospice patient, while making necessary changes to increase productivity and quality of care delivered. The incumbent will be using their personal vehicle for travel with mileage reimbursement, to drive to different homes within a 50-mile radius of the Lake Charles, LA agency.

The targeted salary range for this role is $74,000 - $78,000/year based on relevant experience + a $2,500 sign-on bonus
