Job Title: Vehicle Operator / Equipment Operator

Location: Ketchum, Idaho (onsite)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8-5 PM MST (opportunity for overtime)

Job Type: Full-Time (Contract-to-Hire)

Their innovative approach is creating safer, more efficient autonomous driving solutions, and they are seeking a Vehicle Operator / Equipment Operator to join their growing team.

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our clients team as Equipment Operators and Drivers . In this role, you will be responsible for operating vehicles and equipment, while working closely with a dynamic team to ensure smooth operations. Required Qualifications:

• A valid state-issued driver’s license (CDL not required)
• A solid driving record, with minor infractions
• Experience operating standard pickup trucks
• Previous experience with heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts) is a plus, but not required
• Basic knowledge of two-way radios is helpful
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and teamwork
• Comfortable using basic computer tools for operational tasks
• Willingness to learn vehicle preventive maintenance and safety procedures
• A dependable, on-time individual committed to contributing to team success
