Our client, a Luxury Brand, is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a temp basis in New York City! SAP is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop facilities PowerPoints for each retail store
- Support facilities maintenance onboarding
- Receive & process requests for all US Stores and Corporate Facilities
- Negotiate proposals/contracts with vendors and schedule resolution works
- Manage vendor relations via phone & email
- Manage billing & invoices per request - ensure accuracy with accounting
- Prioritize and address urgent needs
- Frequent communication with external maintenance companies and contractors, including weekly update calls
- Integrate the service channel on SAP
- Strategize and oversee Preventive Maintenance services
- Partner with Store Development for minor improvement projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related experience equivalent to 2-3 + years
- Detail-oriented person who can multitask
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Strong prioritization skills and understanding of urgencies
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to travel domestically as needed
