TDLMM is seeking driven, confident, and passionate individuals to join our expanding team as Legal Assistants. In this fast-paced litigation role, you’ll support attorneys with clerical tasks, calendar management, and communication with insurers, vendors, courts, and other counsel.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Organizing documents for court filing and record keeping
• Transcribing and proofreading legal documents
• Scheduling client appointments and court dates
• Maintaining client confidentiality and privacy

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of applicable experience preferred
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Skills:

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Typing skills with attention to grammar and accuracy
• Ability to work independently while handling confidential information
• Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and reprioritize tasks
• Self-motivated and driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
