OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT ROLE
The role will involve strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration to create and maintain an efficient operational system that meets the needs of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic planning and management of BA meetings (Bi-Weekly BA LT Meetings, BA Lunch & Learns, BA Community Give Backs, BA LT Offsites, BA Townhalls, etc.), including collaboration with the BA Head and Pillar Heads to identify and evaluate meeting locations, agenda items, and track action items. Facilitate both live and virtual meetings as needed.
- Creation of departmental or presentation materials as required.
- Collaboration with BA Pillar Heads to develop a roadmap of BA key projects and priorities for tracking and management.
- Work with BA Pillar Heads to identify key metrics and KPIs for each area and develop pillar-specific scorecards, as well as a summary BA scorecard.
- Manage the department’s budget in alignment with departmental goals.
- Assist with contract and invoice management within Ariba.
- Potentially build and maintain the BA SharePoint Site.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and management as necessary.
- Centralize key department documents and materials.
- Collaborate with the training administration group and pillar heads to create a standardized training plan for each of the Business Analysis Pillars.

- Experience in change management is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5-6+ years of related operational experience.
TERMS
- 12+ month contract.
- Hybrid (2 days/week), Princeton, NJ.
- Pay Rate: 60-66/hr
