Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Director at Chick-fil-A in Winter Haven, FL. The Kitchen Director will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, food preparation, inventory management, back of house team member growth, and ensuring organization and cleanliness standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage a team
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Servsafe manager certified is a plus

Expectations

• Work 47+ per week
• Flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends
• Achieve top level results across all metrics
• Lead all back of house staff and grow team members
