Construction Manager Opportunity – Boise, ID

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee impactful projects across the western U.S. This role offers the chance to manage large-scale construction while being part of a small, collaborative, and high-performing team committed to shared success.

What You’ll Do:

• Projects: Manage ~2 large projects, including new stores, remodels, and a distribution center.
• Budgets: Oversee budgets of $15M–$20M per project.
• Travel: 3–4 days per week, Monday–Thursday (80% travel).

Who You’ll Work With:

• Report to the VP of Construction .
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of 2 Project Managers and 2 Facility Remodel Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor compliance with contracts, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Develop staffing plans and manage project schedules.
