Job Description
We're currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in Paid Media. We're looking for an individual with?exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Above all, we need someone genuinely enthusiastic about demonstrating how performance marketing can effectively advance our business objectives. Ideal candidates require the ability to navigate changing circumstances seamlessly. Will demonstrate a passion for?mathematics,?strategic thinking, and possess a strong business acumen. It's imperative that they understand the distinction between traditional marketing and performance marketing, with a focus on KPIs?and continuously evaluating and refining?paid media strategies?to elevate our brand presence.
Responsibilities/Duties
1. Paid Media Ads Implementation:
- Responsible for campaign setup, ad implementation, conducting audience and keyword research, estimating budgets, optimizing campaigns based on pacing and tracking, and leveraging testing strategies for conversion tracking across paid social platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Monitor Facebook Ads Commerce Center and Google Merchandise Center, focusing on inventory updates, catalog set management, data feed, and troubleshooting. Which includes updating inventory levels, adding new products, and phasing out discontinued items.
- Design and execute A/B tests to analyze different metrics within paid campaigns, implementing winning strategies based on data-driven insights.
2. Audience Segmentation and Persona Development:
- Leverage your expertise to segment target audiences effectively, ensuring precise targeting and personalized messaging.
- Develop and manage social media personas to tailor ads and content, enhancing relevance and engagement.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Apply data analytics to connect paid media results with business objectives. Monitor campaign metrics using data visualization tools.
- Analyze data in GA4 and gain actionable insights into user behavior, campaign performance, and business outcomes.
- Analyze cross-paid media platform performance with Consumer journey and analyze audience behaviors and insight for the sales funnel.
4. Affiliate Marketing, SMS Marketing, E-mail Marketing
- Understand affiliate marketing intricacies and evaluate potential affiliates.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics, such as traffic, conversions, and revenue, and use data analysis to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Implement SMS marketing and E-mail Marketing to maintain retention of current CRM.
5. Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the E-commerce Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist to execute tactical plans.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Merchandiser on product inventory and CRM management.
- Support the E-commerce Manager by scheduling meetings and following up on strategy execution with agencies and HQ.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Data science, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, etc.
- Professional background from a top-tier marketing agency, e-commerce consumer brand, or paid marketing platform/tool provider.
- Proficiency in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest, and GA4.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing.
- In-house and paid media agency background preferred.
- Experience in Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and SEO is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a paid marketing role, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Excellent command of written and verbal communication.
- The ability to interpret performance KPIs effectively to provide actionable insights, feedback, and recommendations.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Pay Range: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
