True Title: Global Business Analyst - E-Commerce
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented E-Business Analyst to join our dynamic Global Digital team at Urban Decay L'OREAL LUXE! If you love e-commerce and have experience in retail analytics, this could be the perfect role for you. We need someone who can dive into sales data, e-commerce KPIs, and SEO trends, turning those insights into strategic actionable decisions. You'll be analyzing how our channels are performing and what's happening in the market to help us give our customers the best possible experience online and grow our business. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- E-com Sales Reporting & P&L Analysis: generate regular SISO reports across markets and e-com platforms (DTC, E-Retail, Amazon), analyze P&L statements to understand the financial performance of our e-commerce business, identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to improve business growth and profitability.
- E-Business Dashboard Development: enhance and maintain reporting dashboards (PowerBI), ensuring that key metrics are updated monthly and are easily accessible.
- Platform KPI Analysis & Monitoring: using our channel performance dashboards such as Amazon Tech or D2C Tech, analyze site and business performance, identify areas for optimization and recommend strategies to improve platform engagement and conversion rate.
- Digital Shelf Insights & SEO: analyze our online presence across platforms, including search engine rankings and product visibility. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve our organic search visibility and drive traffic.
- Launch & Campaigns Results Online: Analyze the performance of online product launches and marketing campaigns, including their impact on category growth and market share.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: conduct thorough market research and competitive audits (particularly during Black Friday and other e-com generosity moments). Provide key insights on how to drive innovative and best-in-class go-to-market strategies for online marketing campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum 3+ years Professional Experience in Retail or eCommerce Analytics/Business Intelligence.
- Proficient in reconciling and reporting on data from many sources, including Excel, Skypad, PowerBI.
- Experience with Tableau, GA(4) or similar tools to transform and visualize data.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong verbal, written, & presentation skills, with ability to communicate advanced analytics to executives & cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry and Company's brand portfolio.
