What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Associate to join the El Car Wash team. The Field Marketing Associate’s primary responsibilities will include executing a variety of marketing activities and design-based initiatives, conducting market research for business growth, organizing promotional and grand opening events, and brand awareness.

Your Responsibilities include…

• Assist with the planning and execute grand opening events.
• Engage with local communities and influencers to promote activations and drive attendance.
• Implement marketing campaigns and activations in the field to enhance brand visibility while working closely with Operations teams to align marketing efforts with goals.
• Provide support for in-store promotions and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the field operations team to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute social media content (paid and organic)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, event planning, or sales support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and marketing software/tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed for events and activations.
• Reports to Director of Marketing.
