Selby Jennings is partnered with a top full-service interior design firm that handles luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and multi-family projects. The firm is looking to bring on a Finance Manager to join their senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be leading the finance function in this comprehensive finance role.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead monthly invoicing processes alongside our creative designers
• Engage in revenue forecasting efforts integrated with both design and procurement teams
• Oversee expense management via direct use of QuickBooks and third-party bookkeeping services
• Cultivate robust banking relationships managing all transactional needs efficiently
• Deliver insightful financial analyses reporting directly to top-tier executives
• Actively participate in tax reporting collaborating closely with external accounting firms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting.
• Strong general accounting skills including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow knowledge.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
• Proficient in using ERP systems (Quickbooks preferred), Google Suite, and Excel.
• Experience using Monograph and/or Fathom is highly desired.
