OneSparQ is looking for a Finance Manager to join a Fortune 500 company.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of FP&A experience
• 1-3 Years of Management experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
• Strong financial modeling, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience articulating financial data and influence decision making
• Strong knowledge of SG&A (Selling, General, and Administrative expenses)

Additional Skills: (not required)

• Masters Degree
• CPA or CMA Certification
• Experience with Accessories/Flooring

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and analysis of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Provide insights into variances and trends to support decision-making
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Assess the financial impact of business initiatives and provide recommendations
• Identify and assess financial risks
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial operations and reporting
• Implement best practices for increased efficiency and effectiveness
