About The Work:
- Accurately create invoices and manage client payments in the accounting system.
- Build strong customer relationships and troubleshoot billing issues to ensure timely collections.
- Analyze and reconcile revenue activities, invoices, and payments across multiple systems, including Sage 100.
- Participate in weekly calls with sales partners to resolve outstanding delinquency issues.
- Maintain detailed records of collection activities and update client billing information as needed.
Skills/Qualifications You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 2–4 years of experience in credit and collections, ideally within staffing, recruiting, or healthcare industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with Sage 100 or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
