We’re recruiting for a Client Partner role on behalf of a global consulting firm delivering digital solutions to transform businesses. This is a permanent position located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Opportunity
The Client Partner will play a key role in managing and expanding strategic client accounts within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Success in this role requires a solid understanding of IT consulting services and the BFSI industry to drive client engagement, enhance satisfaction, and promote business growth. As the primary liaison for clients, the Client Partner will ensure their needs are met while fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

We are seeking candidates with exceptional business acumen and strategic-thinking abilities who have a proven history of cultivating strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, as they will be responsible for motivating and guiding a team. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, along with the ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights, is essential.
As this is a client-facing position, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are critical.
Role Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on client-facing roles in the BFSI domain.
- A proven track record of successfully managing and expanding large client accounts.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, including handling multiple projects concurrently.
- In-depth knowledge of the BFSI industry, including its trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- MBA or an advanced degree a plus

- Be located within a commutable distance of Charlotte, North Carolina
- Willing to take on a hybrid role, comprised of both in-office and remote work
- Available to start as soon as possible
Travel may be required to attend client and industry events.
We are offering a salary of $170,000 - 180,000 USD, dependent upon your skills and experience. We also offer a full range of company benefits including health benefits and retirement/401k plan
