• Analyze company data to identify financial trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations
• Prepare proforma and forecast financials
• Collaborate with clients and prospective target acquisitions to obtain pertinent information
• Support company growth thru business development activities

Requirements

• Accounting/Finance/Econ Degree
• CPA heavily preferred
• Strong Technical Accounting skills
• Knowledge of quality of earnings, working capital, EBITDA, etc.
• Exceptional Excel skills
