THE ROLE

As a Senior AI Security Engineer, you’ll lead efforts to create secure and trustworthy AI systems, with a particular emphasis on leveraging and advancing large language models. This is a hands-on opportunity to design and implement creative solutions that push the boundaries of what LLMs can achieve.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to prototype AI tools, evaluate solutions, and deliver actionable insights for real-world applications. Your expertise will contribute to projects with long-term societal impact, while also driving the adoption of innovative approaches to AI security.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and optimize secure AI/ML solutions, with a strong focus on advancing LLM capabilities.

• Analyze mission requirements and recommend innovative solutions for AI security.
• Lead projects or collaborate with teams to address complex technical challenges.
• Communicate technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven commercial experience in machine learning and AI, particularly with large language models like GPT, Llama, or similar frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience building scalable, secure AI systems and creating innovative applications with LLMs.
• Proficiency in designing AI pipelines and integrating data-driven workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of leading impactful AI projects.
• A passion for using AI to address societal challenges and build trust in emerging technologies.
