Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the corrective action system, ensuring timely responses and successful completion of corrective actions.
- Review and approve corrective action responses as the CAR Administrator, focusing on root cause analysis.
- Analyze trends in product and system data, generate performance reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality assurance, with the ability to interpret customer and plan specifications and make quality decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, meeting deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external customers/suppliers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings and specifications.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the aerospace manufacturing industry or a related field.
- High school diploma or GED certificate required; additional education or training in quality assurance is a plus.
