Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality assurance, with the ability to interpret customer and plan specifications and make quality decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, meeting deadlines effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external customers/suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings and specifications.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the aerospace manufacturing industry or a related field.
• High school diploma or GED certificate required; additional education or training in quality assurance is a plus.
