Principal Software Engineer

Apollo Solutions have proudly partnered with a leading investment management firm based in Boston.

We are searching for a Principal Software Engineer to design and develop business critical compute platforms, observability systems and workflows. You will play a key role in ensuring high quality, scalability and reliability in the firm's systems.

Responsibilities:

• Architecting and developing world-class compute platforms
• Build large scale distributed systems, applications and infrastructure
• Play a key role in technical discussions and architectural design with a solution orientated mentality.
• Write high-quality code in Python

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience writing high-quality code – ideally in Python
• Experience designing large-scale production systems
• Experience with cloud-native solutions (AWS or GCP)
• Preferred: Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD and Terraform
