PeerSource is currently recruiting for a Revit Designer on a Direct Hire basis for our client in Phoenix AZ.

This role focuses on upholding exceptional design standards while driving company profitability. Responsibilities

• Provide BIM drafting and management. Assist with implementation of design solutions in collaboration with staff for design studies, presentations, construction documents and construction administration.
• Consultant interface and management to ensure deadlines are met, and BIM documentation/design quality is maintained.
• Employee mentoring to ensure an attractive, long-term employer for high caliber employees, instruction in BIM processes and applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working in architecture, engineering, or construction
• Strong recent experience designing for governmental buildings, such as police stations, community centers, or related
• 5+ years of experience with Revit Modeling
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
• Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or other)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
