An aerospace client is looking for a Hardware Engineer with Active Secret Clearance who conducts research, design, development, and testing of information processing hardware such as computer chips, circuit boards, computer systems, and electrical components.

Location: Azusa, CA 91702

Position: Hardware Engineer with Active Secret Clearance

Pay Rate : $58.71-$84.83/hr. on W2

Duration : 6 Months or longer

Shift: 9x80 A, M-TH: 9 hours, Friday = 8 hours, following week M-TH: 9 hours and Friday OFF

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designs new or modifies existing products, develops technical specifications for production, analyzes hardware configuration and processing solutions, and tests hardware conformance to specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• US Citizenship is required.
• Secret clearance required minimum.
• Requires familiarity with VHDL. Will be performing hardware verification on VHDL designs.
• Coming up with a Hardware Test Plan. Executing test plan.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years' experience.
• Preferred experience: Cosmos, Ruby, & Git
