Compensation: $ 95,000-100,000

Our client is a national leader in their automotive tier one space, in Columbus Ohio Suburb. Their state-of-the-art facility will be where groundbreaking ideas become reality in robotic welding and assembly. Their contracts with their automotive OEM partners will provide long term stability. As a leading player in the industry, they are seeking a talented Maintenance supervisor to join their team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Provide technical leadership of the technicians and lead root cause analysis and countermeasures of the production, welding and assembly machinery.

WHAT CRITERIA YOU'LL NEED TO LAND THIS JOB:

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance leadership in tier one automotive.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive welding including RSW, GMAW and projection welding
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
