DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product/Process Audit
• Establish an internal integrated certification system through TEG (Test Element Group)
• Qualification Procedure setup
• Manage and operate Documentation
• Manage and operate Quality Objective
• Administer Internal System Audit
• Cross-functional system evaluation and operational improvement reporting

  REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid understanding of quality management principles, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

QUALITIFICATIONS:

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decisions
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications
• International Quality Standard Lead Auditor qualification

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree related to Quality or similar industry

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of Quality experience
• Experience with operating a semiconductor company auditor program
• Experience as a Technical Writer operating internal Documentation Template including web design skills
