What You’ll Do:

• Own the Innovation: Design and deliver scalable software solutions, IoT systems, and mobile apps with features that redefine parking and transportation management.
• Scale the Platform: Architect systems that can handle massive real-time data streams and scale seamlessly as JAPA expands nationwide.
• Lead the Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team to execute at a startup’s pace without compromising quality.
• Drive Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of JAPA’s cloud infrastructure, intuitive dashboards, APIs, and mobile solutions (iOS/Android).
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure the technology aligns with customer needs and drives value.
• Innovate Relentlessly: Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability while exploring new technologies to keep JAPA ahead of the curve.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of engineering leadership, with experience in SaaS, IoT, or transportation technology.
• Proven ability to build and scale robust, cloud-based platforms (AWS), real-time analytics systems, and mobile applications.
• Deep technical expertise in backend architecture, API development, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• A passion for solving complex real-world problems through innovative, customer-focused technology.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Experience in IoT or large-scale data systems is a big plus.
