?Job Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of delivering the best high-power residential grid-tied inverters, ensuring top-tier mechanical design performance.
  • Lead the mechanical design of key components and oversee the design work of others within the team.
  • Collaborate across design teams, filling in the gaps and driving solutions to complex design challenges.
  • Utilize your expertise in thermal management, power conversion, and heat transfer to enhance product efficiency and reliability.


?Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience owning mechanical design for grid-tied power converters or similar power electronics systems.
  • Strong expertise in thermal fundamentals, including the ability to model both 1D and transient/steady-state thermal behaviors using FEA/CFD tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing mechanical components for power electronics such as magnetics, capacitor banks, and similar elements.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing heat transfer strategies across various types of systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills, with a passion for driving engineering solutions and working cross-functionally.
